We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well spoken manner.
You will be performing various assigned duties including maintaining and managing the office's reception areas including but not limited to:
- Welcoming, directing and otherwise assisting all visitors to the office, data entry, client relations, etc
- Must be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail
- Enjoys customer service
Required Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Excel
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Administrative and organizational skills
