Benchmark Properties, an integrated built environment services firm requires the following team member:

Office Administrator

Job Briefs
  • Manage C2B and B2B relationships as the first point of contact; 
  • Monitor and screen incoming calls, email, fax relating to real estate and built-environment services
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, receivables/payables and reconciliation procedures as necessary
  • Implement/execute/facilitate and ensure prudent and systematic office flow/protocols for highest efficiency

Minimum required education and experience:
  • BSc or BBA in Business Administration or relevant field from a recognized tertiary institution 
  • Three (3) to five (5) years related work experience in a supervisory/administrative position
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
