Office Administrator
Job Briefs
- Manage C2B and B2B relationships as the first point of contact;
- Monitor and screen incoming calls, email, fax relating to real estate and built-environment services
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, receivables/payables and reconciliation procedures as necessary
- Implement/execute/facilitate and ensure prudent and systematic office flow/protocols for highest efficiency
Minimum required education and experience:
- BSc or BBA in Business Administration or relevant field from a recognized tertiary institution
- Three (3) to five (5) years related work experience in a supervisory/administrative position
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
