Qualifications and Experience:
- Computer literate, technical/electronics knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional values and attitudes
- Customer service training with a passion for customers
- Minimum three (3) years experience working in similar position
- Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects (English, business subjects)
