Office Administrator (Kingston, Jamaica)

A medium sized firm in Kingston is seeking an Office Administrator.


Job Objectives

This individual should ensure the smooth running of the office and ensure that the staff is provided with adequate support to work efficiently.

Duties:

  • Interact with clients on all firm related matters
  • Manage the daily operations of the office
  • Manage company receivables and payables
  • Review firm accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Manage the firm's social media accounts
  • Manage communication with staff
Qualifications and Skills
  • BSc/BA in Business or relevant field or similar certification
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • At least two (2) years working experience in a similar capacity
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, supervisory and people management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
