Office Coordinator (Kingston, Jamaica)

Office Coordinator required for dental office. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily front office operations to include completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with patients post treatment (conduct patient recalls)
  • Work with manager to develop systems/strategies to grow business
  1. Monitor companies brand and online presence
  2. Coordinate with suppliers
  3. Produce reports as required
  4. Monitor company telephones and emails
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Preferably possess driver's license
  • Willing to work flexible hours
