Office Coordinator required for dental office. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily front office operations to include completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with patients post treatment (conduct patient recalls)
- Work with manager to develop systems/strategies to grow business
- Monitor companies brand and online presence
- Coordinate with suppliers
- Produce reports as required
- Monitor company telephones and emails
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Preferably possess driver's license
- Willing to work flexible hours
