The Hi-Pro Division of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited is seeking an individual with strong sales and negotiation skills, to fill the above position. The candidate will be responsible for selling the products and services available in the Hi-Pro Division via telesales techniques, to include receiving orders, upwelling and making cold calls to prospective customers. In addition, the candidate will be required to process customers' transactions and accurately invoice customers for feed purchased at the Hi-Pro Sales Office, located at the Best Dressed Feed Mill.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Sales and Marketing or related discipline
- Excellent negotiation, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Experience with computerized point of sale (POS) systems
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Knowledge of the agricultural industry would be an asset
- Willing to work on contract
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar field
