St. Joseph's Teachers' College invites applications for the position of Clerical Assistant (Accounting).
Applicants must have:
- Minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects including Mathematics and Accounting
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications, QuickBooks accounting software and Smartpay
- Ability to complete bank reconciliation
- Ability to complete Tax forms, process and file Tax Returns
- Assist with receivables management and Payroll
- At least three (3) experience in accounting practices and financial reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral/written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to balance a variety of tasks and demands
- Highly confidential
- Be organised, efficient and self-motivated
