The Sam Sharpe Teachers' College invites applications for the following position:
Procurement Officer (GMG SEG 1)
Qualification and experience:- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting; Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar position.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Knowledge of the Government of Jamaica (GOJ) procurement procedures.
- Knowledge and ability to understand and analyze financial statements.
- Familiarization with G.O.J. standard bidding document.
- Knowledge of financial management principles.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Competence in use of Microsoft Office.
