Role & Core Function:
The incumbent will provide direct transaction services to customers, asst in the administration of the division's cashier office, deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customer while maintaining accuracy, integrity and ensure cashier policies and procedures are followed.
Ideally candidates should:
- Be customer service oriented
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Be able/willing to work flexible hours when necessary
- Have a good attendance record
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Five (5) CXC/CSEC subjects inclusive of Mathematics
- At least one (1) years experience working in a similar position
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite applications
Required Skills and Competencies:
- A working knowledge of the procedures and practices used in registering and handling cash receipts
- Working knowledge of ACCPAC system would be a distinct advantage
- Ability to handle money responsibly
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
