We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Senior Management team as a Maintenance Manager, the successful candidate should be innovative, performance-driven and have a record of achievement in effective leadership in order to meet the objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, implement and manage company-wide maintenance program, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive maintenance
- Maintain, control and monitor the use and inventions of spare parts, tools, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance related problems in factory and all locations island-wide
- Manage capital projects
- Manage a team of technicians and contractors to achieve efficiency in repairs
Qualifications, Experience and Key Competencies:
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Operations Management
- Minimum of five (5) years managerial experience in a manufacturing or service industry
- Working knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general equipment/machinery operations
- Possess track record in service management
- Demonstrated negotiation and implementation skills
Experience in an ISO 9001:2008 environment or company with multiple locations will be a distinct advantage.
