Primary Responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors and customers in a pleasant and professional manner
- Direct incoming and outgoing calls in an efficient and professional manner
- Receive and communicate messages and orders
- Receiving, sorting and distributing mail
- Filing and organizing correspondence
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards by following procedures of the reception area
The ideal candidate should have:
- High School diploma with at least five (5) CXC passes inclusive of English Language
- At least two (2) years experience in a similar capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Pleasant personality with great communication and customer service skills
