Internal Auditor

The Internal Auditor will have responsibility for directing and developing a risk-based annual internal audit plan and for evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls to manage significant financial reporting and other risk exposures as well as safeguarding company assets and compliance with laws and regulations.

Cost Account/Analyst

The incumbent will have responsibility for managing and conducting research with a view to executing the financial health of revenue generating contracts in line with the procurement system of all goods; works and services consistent with relevant policies and guidelines.

Portfolio Quality Assurance Coordinators

The incumbent will have responsibility for the enforcement and management of quality standards against agreement targets for excellent customer service.

Marketing Officer

The Marketing Officer is responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the Group of Companies to meet set goals and objectives while adhering to standard operating policies and procedures.

Fleet Supervisor

The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Operations Assistants/Drivers to transport company goods efficiently and the creation of work schedules and transportation routes.

Regional Director - Montego Bay

The Regional Director will have responsibility for enforcing the systems and processes of the companies in Region 4 and to ensure that the company is positioned to deliver a range of services.

Accounts Receivables Officer

The Accounts Receivables Officer is responsible for accounts receivable management, invoice and collection of funds due and payable, monthly reporting of performances in line with key receivables metrics.

Billings Officer

The Billings Officer is responsible for all invoice creation for MMS Group of Companies, for goods and services offered by the MMS Group.

Manager, Technical Services

The Manager, Technical Services is responsible for the timely response to requests for services. monitoring and coordinating contracts for Grounds and Landscaping and Pest Control, Floor Care and related services.

Pest Control Technicians

The Pest Control Technician is responsible for implementing Pest Control polices and practices to ensure contract compliance, the timely response to requests and adherence to standard operating procedures in keeping with the Organization's strategies and objectives as well as compliance with Pesticides Control Authority's regulations.

Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the receival, storage and Distribution of goods, equipment, and material in keeping with systems and procedures for efficiency and control.

Warehouse Assistant

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving, picking and loading orders for delivery, ensuring specifications; quantity and quality of goods are correct and consistent with the policies and objectives of the company.

Human Resource Officer

The incumbent is responsible for providing expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of the services provided by the Human Resource Department in order to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management.

Vice Principal, Education Services

Institute for Workforce Education and Development, a Subsidiary of Manpower and Maintenance Services Limited.

The VP-Workforce Education and Training will effectively plan organize the education and training portfolio within the institute including all the training related projects and curriculum development. The incumbent has direct responsibility for the effective use of the competency-based philosophy in the delivery of training and for assessment activities.
