Human Resource Officer (St. Catherine, Jamaica) - Lasco Manufacturing

Job Purpose

To employ a range human resource best practices that will support the Manager, Human Resource Management and Department in achieving organizational efficiency and effectiveness in the coordination, monitoring, implementation and Administration of Human Resource activities. In addition to the supervising the Unit's staff to aid in the smooth functioning of the Unit and providing general advisory information of Managers and Directors as per the Authority Human Resource Policies and Procedures Manual.
