• To attract potential customers by answering product questions, suggesting information about other products, prepare correspondences and fulfill customers inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform general office support like filing, data entry and other administrative tasks.
• Provide assistance to cashier.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Computer Skills-Excel, Words, Power Point.
• Accounting Knowledge.
