Accounting Clerk
A growing auto parts company seeks to recruit a highly motivated, skilled and result driven individual for their accounts department.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or ACCA Level 2 and/ or its equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in the field.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficient in various Computer applications - Excel/Word.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Accounting Software.
- Knowledge of Tax filing, Wages and Salaries calculation would be an asset.
- Good reporting, analytical and communication skills.
- Able to lead a team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Bank Reconciliation, posting and balancing.
- Monthly GCT and Statutory preparation and filing.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts, sub ledger and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly cash flow statements and other management reports.
- Prepare a monthly financial statement.
- Payroll
- Supervision of the organization payments
- General Accounting and accounting analysis
- Supervise payable and receivable clerks.
