Accounting Clerk

A growing auto parts company seeks to recruit a highly motivated, skilled and result driven individual for their accounts department.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or ACCA Level 2 and/ or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in the field.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in various Computer applications - Excel/Word.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Accounting Software.
  • Knowledge of Tax filing, Wages and Salaries calculation would be an asset.
  • Good reporting, analytical and communication skills. 
  • Able to lead a team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Bank Reconciliation, posting and balancing.
  • Monthly GCT and Statutory preparation and filing.
  • Perform reconciliation of accounts, sub ledger and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow statements and other management reports.
  • Prepare a monthly financial statement.
  • Payroll
  • Supervision of the organization payments 
  • General Accounting and accounting analysis
  • Supervise payable and receivable clerks.
