Seeking a property manager to oversee an apartment complex in St. James.
This is full time position that requires working on site 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and secure timely execution of property maintenance activities.
- Recruitment and supervision of grounds staff
- Prepare financial and non-financial reports
- Perform administrative duties
- Provide monitoring and compliance support for property rules
- Investigate and address property complaints/emergencies in a timely manner.
Core Skills and Experience
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in a similar position.
- Basic accounting knowledge using an accounting software
- Competent users of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Google - Sheets, Docs, and Form would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Jamaica Strata Act laws and regulations
- Knowledge of specialized software to support efficient and effective property management would be an advantage.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
