The Role: Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for working to ensure that a robust structure of reconciliation, verification and recording of the Company's financial information is in place and maintained to Company standards, as well as supervising members of the Jamaica finance operations to achieve and accomplish organizational goals.

- Excellent customer service both internally and externally, including developing and fostering relationships with external providers.
- Prepare and regulatory reporting requirements for the Branch.
- Develop and ensure consistent application of reconciliation procedures on the Company's general ledger.
- Reconcile clearing accounts in a timely manner.
- Act as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to financial operations.
- Responsible for external and internal audit requirements made of the Branch.
- Develop the team including identifying training needs and conducting performance reviews.
- A minimum of three (3) years' of relevant work experience in a similar role
- An Accounting designation (CPA or ACCA),
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills including superior communication (verbal and written)
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
