Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Job Summary
The Office Manager position requires an in-depth knowledge of administration and management theory and practice. Reporting to the Directors, the incumbent is required to assist with administrative duties to ensure the achievement of the company's objectives.
The essential duties to be performed include:
- Exercise personal responsibility, judgement and initiative, subject to well-defined lines in supporting the strategic aim of the organization
- Provide support (to the Directors) in the administration of projects
- Perform general administrative duties including managing stationery requirements and monitoring the functioning/service/repair of the office equipment
- Draft correspondence to external agencies/organizations
- Preparation of monthly expense reports
- Review and maintain record keeping process of the organization
- Arrange travel plans (local and overseas) for Director and employee in the execution of their duties
- Manage Petty Cash Imprest
- Greeting and managing visitors
- Must be able to work with limited supervision
