Operations Manager

What you'll be doing
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability of security professionals impacting business and communities. Develop and implement strategic solutions to capitalize on opportunities.
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service quality delivery.
- Project Management: Manage installation, maintenance, and upgrades of electronic security systems.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain and improve service quality standards.
- Budget Control: Prepare monthly status and other ad-hoc reports as required for submission to the President and other stakeholders. Manage budgetary requirements and resource allocation.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships with the business community, industry partners, and key stakeholders to foster strategic partnerships.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards.
- Technology Integration: Stay updated with emerging and cutting-edge security technologies.
- Collaboration: Ability to partner across functional areas and work groups to ensure the successful development and delivery of electronic security solutions and initiatives that fosters growth and innovation.
- Drive: Self-motivated and results driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A First Degree in Business Management with a focus on Security/Operations/Project Management;
- At least seven (7) years' experience in Electronic Security/Operations Management with a minimum of five (5) years' in a leadership role.
- Certification in Physical Security or Security Management (would be an asset).
- Project Management Certification- (would be an asset)
- Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle.
