• Prepare weekly work schedules (rosters) for all security Officers within the assigned zone and see to their welfare
• Prepare clear and concise incident reports
• Frequently visit locations and liaise with clients to ensure that they receive the highest security service standard requited
• Solicit new business on behalf of the company
• Collaborate with location supervisors within the assigned zone to ensure that all locations are properly supervised
• Ensure compliance of all security officers within the assigned zone i.e. ensure they have current PSRA License, company IDs and are properly adorned in their full uniforms
