This role reports directly to the General Manager and plays a crucial part in managing our financial functions. • Oversee expenditures through our accounting software
• Prepare bi-monthly payroll
• Compile weekly cash flow statements
• Produce monthly financial reports for management

• Maintain a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
• Perform additional administrative duties as required by Management

Experience, Qualifications & Requirements:

The successful applicant must: 

• Have a minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar capacity 
• Have a minimum of five (5) CXCs including English or its equivalent
• Have Supervisory Management Certification 
• Have a good understanding of Operation Management in the Industrial Security Industry 
• Be computer literate
• Be mature; able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Be registered with the PSRA 
• Have a clean police record
• Have a general drivers' license (3000 kg) with over three (3) years driving experience
• Be highly customer centric
• Be able to provide recommendations from previous employers
• Be prepared to work on own initiative
• Firearm users license or permit would be an asset

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly work schedules (rosters) for all security Officers within the assigned zone and see to their welfare
• Prepare clear and concise incident reports
• Frequently visit locations and liaise with clients to ensure that they receive the highest security service standard requited
• Solicit new business on behalf of the company
• Collaborate with location supervisors within the assigned zone to ensure that all locations are properly supervised
• Ensure compliance of all security officers within the assigned zone i.e. ensure they have current PSRA License, company IDs and are properly adorned in their full uniforms
