A corporate service provider is seeking a qualified employee to fill the role of: Administrative Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing agendas and taking minutes for meetings
- Assist manager with administrative tasks including preparing letters and invoices
- Liaise with clients and respond to clients' inquiries as instructed
- Liaise with government agencies and take documents to the Companies Office on request
- Prepare and file annual tax returns
- Prepare the firm's annual report
- Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Qualifications and Experience:
- Three (3) years experience in a similar position
- Chartered Corporate Secretary qualification or equivalent specialized training
- Knowledge of the Companies Act
