Administrative Assistant (Kingston, Jamaica) - HLB Mair Russell Consultancy Limited

A corporate service provider is seeking a qualified employee to fill the role of: Administrative Assistant 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing agendas and taking minutes for meetings 
  • Assist manager with administrative tasks including preparing letters and invoices
  • Liaise with clients and respond to clients' inquiries as instructed
  • Liaise with government agencies and take documents to the Companies Office on request
  • Prepare and file annual tax returns
  • Prepare the firm's annual report
  • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Three (3) years experience in a similar position
  • Chartered Corporate Secretary qualification or equivalent specialized training
  • Knowledge of the Companies Act
