Reporting to the Senior Talent Manager, this role will provide you with the opportunity to:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the Learning & Development (L&D) Unit
- Maintain the L&D trackers with accurate data that reflect training completion and assessment for all levels of staffs
- Track learning & development initiative data, prepares relevant reports
- Supports the confirmation process – issuing & collecting key documents (training plans, end of probation, assessments)
- Disseminate training schedules to all stakeholders in line with training calendar & needs
- Distribute all training forms / materials as required
- Support the coordination of L&D intervention – scheduling of travel arrangements, securing accommodation, arranging meals for training session
- Support the updating of training documents
- Assist with the onboarding of new recruits as well as refresher trainings for the Restaurant and Factory & Fullfilment Centre Team.
- Coordinating annual in house Food Handlers Clinic for Support Centre staff
- Conducts research as requested to support any L&D intervention
- Support the Talent Acquisition process

- Associate Degree in Business Administration, Training and Development or equivalent
- Administrative Professional Certification would be an asset
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity in the QSR Industry
