• HEART/NTA NCTVET Passes in Food Preparation (Level 1 or 2), Commercial Food Preparation Level 2 (Commis Chef), Customer Service, F& B Restaurant Service

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, this leadership role will provide you with the opportunity to:

• manage a diverse team and direct the activities to create a high performance workflow to satisfy the supply chain objectives of our Restaurant Operations Team as they seek to achieve company financial and QSC objectives.
• coordinate and control the daily operational processes, ensuring that all inputs are processed to meet projected demand while maintaining cost and quality standards on each shift.
• manage and ensure consistent compliance with all relevant GMP, regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• support the Production Manager in executing the strategic objective of the Production Unit in keeping with the BPM/ KPI targets.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Associate Degree in Production and Operations Management would be an asset.
• Professional training in Supervisory Management.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Production at a supervisory level
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar industry
• GMP / FSQS / HACCP Certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Talent Manager, this role will provide you with the opportunity to:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the Learning & Development (L&D) Unit
• Maintain the L&D trackers with accurate data that reflect training completion and assessment for all levels of staffs
• Track learning & development initiative data, prepares relevant reports
• Supports the confirmation process – issuing & collecting key documents (training plans, end of probation, assessments)
• Disseminate training schedules to all stakeholders in line with training calendar & needs
• Distribute all training forms / materials as required
• Support the coordination of L&D intervention – scheduling of travel arrangements, securing accommodation, arranging meals for training session
• Support the updating of training documents
• Assist with the onboarding of new recruits as well as refresher trainings for the Restaurant and Factory & Fullfilment Centre Team.
• Coordinating annual in house Food Handlers Clinic for Support Centre staff
• Conducts research as requested to support any L&D intervention
• Support the Talent Acquisition process
