Applications are invited to fill the following position within the Commission: Attendant/Messenger (LMO/TS1) – Contract (Headquarters).
Job Summary
To maintain a clean and pleasant working environment.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Cleaning offices, restrooms and dusting furniture daily;
- Preparing and serving refreshments;
- Preparing rooms for meetings/conferences;
- Assisting in monitoring supplies inventory.
- Certificate in Service Skills for Ancillary Workers; or
- School Leavers’ Certificate or equivalent.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral);
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills;
- Working knowledge of established hygiene standards;
- Ability to use initiative;
- Good time management skills;
- Good office etiquette;
- Basic culinary skills;
- Pleasant personality;
- Ability to work in teams.
