Duties/Responsibilities:
Alarm Monitoring:
- Monitor incoming alarms from various security systems and devices
- Quickly and accurately assess the nature and severity of alarms
- Actively engage with clients for relevant authorities to verify alarms and gather additional information
Dispatch Operations:
- Efficiently dispatch mobile response units to alarm locations based on the assessment of the situation
- Coordinate and communicate with mobile units, ensuring timely and appropriate response to alarms
- Maintain a log of all dispatch activities, including alarm details, response, and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Four (4) CXC subjects
- Call center experience is a plus
