Trade Manager (Kingston, Jamaica) - Chas E Ramson Limited

Chas E Ramson seeks to fill the position of TRADE MANAGER.

Responsibilities include:

• Management and leadership of the Merchandising Department including recruitment and training of merchandisers island wide 
• Ensuring the successful planning, coordination and execution of all trade promotions
• Maintaining productive relationships with key retailers and suppliers
• Responsible for gathering market data to facilitate effective decision making relating to brand development

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in retail merchandising, sales and promotions

Requirements:

• Required to travel island wide
• Well developed communication and supervisory skills
• Sound knowledge of marketing theory and practice
• Knowledge of distribution trade-wholesale and retail (an asset)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sound problem-solving, organizing and coordination skills
