Cosmetic Advisor (Kingston, Jamaica) - itel International

 Job Summary:

Cosmetic Advisor - Concierge

The Concierge is a patient’s main point of contact within 24-48 hours of contracting for our services. A Concierge serves as a liaison between the patient and other departments (i.e. Sales, Labs & Clearances, Scheduling) that service the patient from pre-operations to and post-operations.


Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manages large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Interviews, obtains and verifies patient information via phone
  • Transfers customers to the correct department to ensure continuation of service based on patient needs
  • Provides patients with information in preparation for their surgery
  • Provides recommendations for hotel and recovery home options
  • Makes appropriate modifications to their purchased services when requested
  • Processes customer payments
  • Generates invoices and conducts financial transactions ensuring they are on track and on time
  • Serves as ambassador to patients & resolves any issues as they arise
  • Performs clerical and administrative functions such as customer service and record keeping

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task and prioritize work

Education and Experience:

  • Five (5) CXC to include English and a numerical subject
  • Exception: 3 CXC minimum with previous BPO experience.
  • Social Media Savvy
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Plastic surgery knowledge preferred
  • HIPPA & OSHA Compliance Certification preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer and answering multiple phone calls per day
