Secretary (OPS/SS 1)
Job Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support to the General Office, ensuring effective management of records and smooth operation within the office.
Minimum Required Education and Experience:
- Certified in Administrative Management Level 1 (CAM 1)
- Four (4) subjects at CXC GCE O' Level or equivalent qualifications
- Proficiency in typewriting at speed of 40-45 words per minute
- Two (2) years related work experience
Or
- Four (4) subjects at CXC GCE O' Level or equivalent qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Secretarial School
- Proficiency in typewriting at a speed of 40-45 words per minute
- Training in word processing applications
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in the field
