Zip 103 Limited is seeking the services of a Customer Service Agent (CSA).
The CSA position serves our clients by providing product/service information; resolving problems and assisting to navigate the potential client to the relevant departments. In addition, the incumbent will deal with clients and address complaints, bookings, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.Knowledge and Experience
- At least 5 CXC passes including English language and Mathematics.
- Certificate in Customer Service training from HEART or other recognized institutions would be an asset
- At least 1-year experience working in a similar position
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles all incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone call, WhatsApp or walk in clients.
- Greets all clients and visitors and assist them as required.
- Tactfully handles all interactions with the public.
- Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required.
- Logging all in-bound and outbound mail and packages
