Camelot Village Homeowners Association (Phases 2 - 5) seeks an Accounting Officer to manage financial transactions, account Reconciliation, and related tasks within our property management framework. This role requires precision, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities:
- Process accounting transactions, manage POS payments and reconcile accounts
- Maintain accurate records within Property Management software
- Update homeowner accounts and allocate unidentified deposits
- Prepare financial summaries and support Financial Statement preparation
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Accounting
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
