Administrative Officer (Kingston, Jamaica) - Obistan Preparatory School

  • Strong accounting background; in depth knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks would be an asset
  • Effective communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with parents
  • Strong business acumen and attention to details

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and or Business Administration, or a related field

Administrative Secretary (Kingston, Jamaica) - Jamaica 4-H Clubs

 Applicants are invited to fill the post of Administrative Secretary (OPS/ADS 2). The Administrative Secretary is responsible for providing secretarial support, maintaining the official documents of the organization, preparing minutes of all board and committee meetings.

The successful applicant must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Studies or any related discipline
  • Five (5) years experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent secretarial skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Proficiency in the use of relevant computer applications
