B.D.O., Chartered Accountants, a member firm of BDO International seeks to recruit a Senior Accounting Clerk for its Kingston office.
The Senior Accounting Clerk role and core functions will include:
- Payroll processing
- Maintaining a general ledger - posting all transactions
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Maintains Account Receivables Sub-ledger - posting of receipts and payment and produce monthly reports.
- A flexible team player with analytical and leadership skills.
- Self motivated, results oriented and client centered.
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Working in a team environment.
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of accounting software.
- Able to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
- Have two (2) years' experience in Payroll Administration
- Experience in preparation of bank reconciliations and maintenance of General Ledger.
- Interactive Payroll System Version 6.1
- Sage 300 Standard 2022
