HR/Administration Officer

• Knowledge of Labour Laws
• Manage employee records
• Associate Degree in Business Administration 
• Three to four (3-4) years in similar capacity

Payroll/Administration Clerk

• Prepare weekly and monthly payroll: Para-pay, Oasis or Quickbooks
• Ability to work without supervision
• Associate Degree in Business Administration
• Two to Three (2-3) years in similar capacity

Senior Janitorial Coordinator

• Ability to manage staff compliments of over thirty five (35) Janitorial Technicians/staff
• Ability to manage schedules and shifts 
• Attends meetings as necessary 
• Perform staff evaluation
• Perform on-going staff evaluation
• Ability to drive would be an asset
• Three to five (3-5) years in similar capacity
