- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Three (3) years experience in professional work environment
- Experience in payroll processing including the filling of annual returns
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Professional values and attitudes suitable for a financial institution
- Assertive and persevering attitude
