Human Resource Officer (Kingston, Jamaica) - Micro-finance Institution

Career opportunity exists in a dynamic Micro-finance institution based in Kingston.

This is an entry level position which entails the administration of payroll and all related matters; maintenance of employee records, analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers, staff recruitment among other tasks.

Specific requirements for Human Resource Officer position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Three (3) years experience in professional work environment 
• Experience in payroll processing including the filling of annual returns
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools 
• Ability to work on own initiative 
• Professional values and attitudes suitable for a financial institution 
• Assertive and persevering attitude
