Responsible for providing value-added service to customers by fielding incoming calls and addressing their inquiries while achieving a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish rapport over the phones quickly and maintain positive attitude
- Work comfortably and efficiently with a computer system
- Savvy research skills and competence in using the internet
- Good typing skills with an ability to accurately achieve a minimum of 20 wpm
- Express thoughts and information clearly and succinctly
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work any shift assigned within 24hrs and Jamaican Public Holidays
- Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Academic certification – At least three (3) CXC/CSEC/GCE/SSC Passes –including English OR a HEART Level 2 Certification OR High School Leaving Certificate
- NIS, TRN, and a Valid Government issued Photo ID(Passport/Driver License/National ID)
- Proficient in Windows, Internet and Microsoft Word
