The incumbent is responsible for providing professional administrative management services to the Chief Executive Officer and the Deputy CEO for the management of the Executive Office.

- Performs a wide variety of administrative and secretarial duties including taking dictation at management meetings, transcribing and disseminating reports in keeping with the demands of the offices of the CEO and Deputy CEO
- Researches, reviews and analyses reports and correspondence to determine issues requiring the CEO/DCEO urgent or immediate attention
- Co-ordinates office activities and schedule
- Develops and recommends office procedures and systems to ensure the smooth operations of the Executive Office
- Maintains the department's records and filing systems and ensuring that all incoming and outgoing correspondence are accounted for
- Ensure the dissemination of approved administrative and operational systems and procedures for the efficient operation of the organization
Qualifications and Experience:
- First degree in Business Administration, Management Studies or Public Administration
- Secretarial Diploma from a recognized institution or professional secretarial certification (CPS)
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar capacity preferably in a customer centric organization. A minimum of three (3) years exposure to Customer Relationship Organization Management
- Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
