RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively Listen to Customers to Understand Concerns
  • Provide Information About Their Current Plans & Products
  • Identify & Position new Solutions That Align with their Needs
  • Navigate Through Multiple Computer Applications with Speed & Accuracy

WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS:

  • High Speed Internet With At Least 10 Mbps Download Speed (No Satellite) Access to Your Router to Create a Wired, Ethernet Connection Router
  • Quiet, Secured Workspace
  • Must be willing to work in the Montego Bay office after COVID

Profile

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ROLES

  • Minimum Secondary School Leaving Certificate/HEART Level II Certificate/3 CXCs
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service experience preferably within BPO/Call Center
  • Proficiency in using a computer and working with Windows based application
  • Ability to work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
  • Open Schedule Availability (Evenings/Weekends Required)
