Front Office Extraordinaire (Kingston, Jamaica) - Mona School of Business and Management


 A market leader professional services firm is seeking to identify a people person to fill this position.

Duties are:

  • To coordinate internal tasks and communicate with executives and managers in business and government bodies
  • To project a favourable face and voice of the firm 
  • To be adept at advocacy for the firm and its services
  • To communicate and link local and overseas clients and others with highly productive internal teams
Ideal candidate should have:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent records management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to think critically and innovatively
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Knowledge about phone systems
  • A passion to learn and migrate upwards
  • Basic research and report writing skills
  • Willingness and ability to work long hours and weekends
  • Good values and personal integrity
Qualifications/Experience:
  • A university degree in Business Management or similar field
  • Two (2) years working experience in a large firm or department are essential
  • Additional certification in Office Management and competence in Microsoft Office is a plus
