- Consolidate and analyze financial data, taking into account the company’s strategic goals and objectives;
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance;
- Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking and process analysis;
- Consult with management to guide and influence long term strategic decision making;
- Track company wide and business unit performance against forecast;
- Perform new business feasibility analysis and business plans.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional accountancy qualification a plus;
- 3-4 years working experience in an Accounting or Finance role;
- Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills;
- Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities;
- Demonstrated ability to formulate solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner;
- Must possess outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Computer literacy with strong knowledge and experience with advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities (including power queries and pivot tables);
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong commercial focus.
