Financial Analysts - Beryllium (Kingston, Jamaica)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consolidate and analyze financial data, taking into account the company’s strategic goals and objectives;
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance;
• Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking and process analysis;
• Consult with management to guide and influence long term strategic decision making;
• Track company wide and business unit performance against forecast;
• Perform new business feasibility analysis and business plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional accountancy qualification a plus;
• 3-4 years working experience in an Accounting or Finance role;
• Detail oriented, with exceptional organizational skills;
• Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities;
• Demonstrated ability to formulate solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner;
• Must possess outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Computer literacy with strong knowledge and experience with advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities (including power queries and pivot tables);
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong commercial focus.
