FosRich Company Limited seeks to identify a Human Resource Assistant.
Summary
The incumbent will complement the current HR team and provide HR support services for our team members in Kingston, Mandeville, Montego Bay and Hayes, Clarendon. He/she will be based at our Head Office in Kingston.
Main Duties
- Provide HR related assistance to team members
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Prepare employment contracts
- Conduct on-boarding activities
- Assist with the management of employee benefits
- Update and produce reports from Human Resource and Time & Attendance Management Systems
- Assist with the tracking of the Employee Performance Review Process
Profile:
- Familiar with HR Best Practices
- Customer Service Oriented
- Cognizant of Jamaican Labour Laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Competent in office software tools
Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate degree in Human Resources Management
- Three (3) years experience in similar position
Owning and operating a reliable motor vehicle is an asset.
