Worldnet Microfinance Limited invites applications for the following positions:
Branch Supervisor
For its: Portmore, Linstead, May Pen, Santa Cruz, St. Ann's Bay, Mandeville, Ocho Rios and Portland branches.
Task and Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of managerial experience in a Supervisory/Management capacity.
- Must have initiative and be able to grow Branch Loan Portfolio and manage receivables.
- To strategically develop marketing plans, strategies and tactics that will drive and improve the Company's growth.
- Must be thirty-five (35) years or older.
- Must own and operate a reliable Motor Vehicle.
- Must have excellent planning, problem solving and analytical skills.
- To effectively supervise staff ensuring they adhere to Company's Policies and Procedures.
- Must be competent in computer related software.
- Previous experience working in the Microfinancing/Banking sector would be an asset.
The Ideal Candidate Must:
- Be able to communicate well both orally and in writing.
- Be highly motivated and performance driven.
- Be Analytical and have excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
- Be able to work on your own initiative and under pressure.
- Have a keen eye for details.
