A security organization based in Kingston requires a suitably qualified person for the position of:
Secretary
The successful candidate is required to provide and exceptionally high standard of secretarial and administrative support services.
Qualifications and experience:
- Have a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent qualifications.
- At least five (5) years' experience in a similar position.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media Channels.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal relationship skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and be able to prepare reports.
- A team player with excellent document management skills.
