Command Centre Agent
Applicants should possess the following competencies and qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years experience working in a supervisory position
- Minimum of five (5) CXC and/or CSEC subjects including English
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Must be willing to work irregular hours, weekends and on public holidays
- Very organized, assertive, decisive and patient
- Ability to work in a high paced and high stressed environment
- Very disciplined and well groomed
- Knowledge of SIMS Central Monitoring Software would be an asset, as well as previous experience working in a Command Centre
- Must have a clean police record and willing to authorize company to extensive background investigations
