Requirements:
- Food management experience
- Great organizational skills
- Knowledge of the food industry and food safety
- Customer oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Food and recipe knowledge
- Able to work on shifts, holidays and weekends (when assigned)
