Front Desk Administrator (Kingston, Jamaica)

A manufacturing company located in Kingston is seeking to recruit a competent, customer-oriented and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Front Desk Administrator.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answering telephone lines and routing calls as necessary
  • Weekly filing of sales and suppliers invoices and other important documents
  • Provide administrative support to staff as assigned
Key Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a related field
  • Minimum of one (1) year work experience
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Good telephone skills and office etiquette
