The EA will be responsible for assisting a Director at the Phillip & Christine Gore Family Foundation by providing advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support. The candidate must be a proactive and decisive problem solver who has clerical/secretarial experience and is able to effectively multitask and meet short deadlines.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum education and experience requirements: BA in Administrative Management, Management Studies or related fields
- Five (5) years experience as an executive assistant to a senior manager or director
- Proven work experience as a personal/executive assistant
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be extremely organized, be deadline oriented, maintain an effective filing system, and be proficient in software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, QuickBooks, Skype, and Zoom; some public relations skills are essential
- Must be able to both take direction well and proceed independently in the absence of direction
- Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
