Executive Assistant (Kingston, Jamaica) - Gore Family Foundation

 

The EA will be responsible for assisting a Director at the Phillip & Christine Gore Family Foundation by providing  advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support. The candidate must be a proactive and decisive problem solver who has clerical/secretarial experience and is able to effectively multitask and meet short deadlines.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum education and experience requirements: BA in Administrative Management, Management Studies or related fields
  • Five (5) years experience as an executive assistant to a senior manager or director
  • Proven work experience as a personal/executive assistant
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be extremely organized, be deadline oriented, maintain an effective filing system, and be proficient in software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, QuickBooks, Skype, and Zoom; some public relations skills are essential
  • Must be able to both take direction well and proceed independently in the absence of direction
  • Excellent communication skills and detail oriented

Executive Assistant (Kingston, Jamaica) - Phillip & Christine Gore Family Foundation

Seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills who is detail oriented to fill the position of Executive Assistant at the Phillip & Christine Gore Family Foundation.

The incumbent will also be required to efficiently manage various properties.

Candidate should:

  • Be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Be extremely organized, detail oriented and able to maintain an effective filing system; and
  • Be proficient in software such as Microsoft Suite Google Drive, QuickBooks, Skype and Zoom
  • Some public relations and accounting skills are essential
Minimum education requirements:
  • BA in Administration Management, Management Studies or related fields
  • Five (5) years related experience as an executive assistant, office manager or a similar role
