Are you a Recruiter with the drive of a sales person???
Key Responsibilities and Skill-set includes:
- Lead the creation of recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions.
- The ability to effectively interact with customers in person and on the phone by providing them with information and the assistance requested.
- Coordinate Job Fairs and lead execution.
- Oversees the day to day activities and work closely with the Human Resource Officers.
- The ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
- Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to fill the company's demand.
The Ideal candidate should:
- Have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Be results oriented and be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have excellent planning and sourcing skills.
- Vibrant personality.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Must be computer savvy with the ability to produce weekly reports.
