Administrator (GMG/AM 1) - St. Mary
Job Purpose:
To prepare and maintain employees' records, process leave applications and provide administrative support for the implementation of Human Resource activities and staff benefits.
Key Outputs
- Prepare and update People Employee Pensions Administration System (PEPAS) Records
- Processing of Leave Applications
- Prepare and update Vacation Leave Computation
- Prepare submissions for Chief Medical Officer
- Prepare and submit monthly reports
Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognised tertiary level institution
- Three (3) years related working experience
