Administrator (Jamaica Constabulary Force) - St. Mary, Jamaica

 Applications are being invited from suitably qualified applicants to fill the following position with the Police Department of the Jamaica Constabulary Force.

Administrator (GMG/AM 1) - St. Mary


Job Purpose:

To prepare and maintain employees' records, process leave applications and provide administrative support for the implementation of Human Resource activities and staff benefits.

Key Outputs

  1. Prepare and update People Employee Pensions Administration System (PEPAS) Records
  2. Processing of Leave Applications
  3. Prepare and update Vacation Leave Computation
  4. Prepare submissions for Chief Medical Officer
  5. Prepare and submit monthly reports

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognised tertiary level institution
  • Three (3) years related working experience
